Director of Clinical Research Strategy

This role leads and coordinates the development and execution of clinical research projects, ensuring timely completion within regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities
  1. Clinical Research Leadership:
  • Plan, initiate, and manage all aspects of clinical trials and studies.
  • Oversee the execution of clinical trials, ensuring adherence to protocols, timelines, and regulatory standards.
Team Management:
  • Lead, mentor, and train clinical research staff to ensure effective performance.
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities based on project needs.
Regulatory Compliance:
  • Ensure the preparation and submission of all necessary regulatory documentation.
  • Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Study Design & Protocol Development:
  • Collaborate with scientific and medical teams to develop clinical trial protocols.
  • Evaluate feasibility and risk of proposed studies.
Data Management and Reporting:
  • Ensure efficient and accurate data collection, monitoring, and analysis.
  • Review and analyze clinical trial data to ensure quality and integrity.
Budget and Resource Management:
  • Develop and manage project budgets.
Communication:
  • Foster effective communication between internal teams and external partners.

Key Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field (Master's or higher preferred).
  • Experience: 8-18 years of experience in clinical research, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
