Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

- We are seeking a highly skilled Research Executive to lead our research projects, manage project teams, and provide timely updates to senior members.\
- The successful candidate will independently conduct research activities, including designing high-quality screeners, questionnaires, and specifications, conducting pilot interviews, facilitating client meetings, leading brainstorming sessions, and ensuring meticulous attention to detail and timely completion of administrative tasks.\
- This role involves initiating client relationships and driving business growth through marketing activities, including arranging meetings, drafting client-focused proposals, and recognising potential business opportunities.\
- As a Research Executive, you will also provide effective coaching to colleagues, guide workload planning for effective project management, and lead teams to foster strong teamwork.\
- Our ideal candidate will have a strong degree in any subject and/or professional qualification, with 2-4 years' experience in research or professional services organisation.\
- They should also have 2 years' experience in research-based project support role, 1-2 years Healthcare experience is essential, and Healthcare knowledge or experience is highly beneficial.\
- Able to produce near final interview materials and presentation drafts, the candidate must also have solid project management skills, strong communication skills, and interpersonal skills.\
- Basic coaching skills and computer proficiency – Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel – are also required.\
