About Our Senior Research Analyst Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Research Analyst to lead our mutual fund research team and strengthen our research capability across equity, debt, hybrid, and alternative investment products.

This role involves in-depth fund analysis, performance tracking, market monitoring, and contributing to product evaluation and education. As a Senior Research Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering actionable insights and recommendations to support our distributors, clients, and internal teams.

  • Conduct thorough research and due diligence on mutual funds across categories (equity, debt, hybrid, etc.).
  • Evaluate fund performance, risk metrics, strategy, TER, and fund manager track records.
  • Develop model portfolios suited to different risk profiles and investment needs.
  • Monitor market trends, regulatory frameworks, and fund industry developments.
  • Assist in the empanelment of new AMCs and products on our platform.
  • Create and maintain research reports, fact sheets, and presentations for distributor education.
  • Compare funds against benchmarks and peers to identify relative strengths and weaknesses.
  • Prepare research reports, fact sheets, presentations, and quarterly fund review notes.
  • Support the sales and distribution team with insights, training, and investor communication strategies.
