Designation: - R&D EV engineer

Objective: - you'll be responsible for researching, designing, developing, and testing innovative electric vehicle technologies, ensuring they meet performance and safety standards, and contribute to the advancement of EV technology like a fast charging technology.

Role and responsibilities: -

creating and developing new EV Charger products to meet consumer needs

contributing towards the planning, execution and monitoring of testing a product

redesigning and refining existing PCB of EV charger

meeting with other departments to discuss product concepts

carrying out market research to analyse similar products and their functions

understanding the customer requirement for fast charging of EV.

testing prototypes for functionality and longevity

creating engineering plans for new products

leading projects.

Responsibilities

Design and develop electronic systems and components for EV charger

Create and test prototypes to ensure functionality

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements

Conduct research to solve complex technical problems

Document design processes and test results

Participate in the peer review process for designs and projects

Stay updated with the latest technological advancements in electronics.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

05+ years of experience in R&D leadership roles for EV, with a proven track record of successful product development and innovation

Strong technical background in relevant fields, such as PCB component

Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale projects

Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering (Ph.D. or equivalent) in a relevant technical discipline

Experience in [EV charger design] with a focus on [specific technologies or methodologies]

Strong network within industry and academia to facilitate collaboration and partnership opportunities
