Greetings from Synergy Resource Solutions a leading HR Management Consultancy Our Client is a leading HVAC AHU manufacture Location is Ahmedabad Position - DM Manager R DExperience - 12 YearsSalary 18 - 20 LPALocation AhmedabadQualification - BE mechanicalRole and Responsibility -Key Responsibilities Research and Development Lead the ideation design and execution of innovative R D aimed at enhancing existing products and developing new products or technologies Technical Design Create detailed technical specifications and schematics for new HVAC components and systems ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations Testing and Validation Design and conduct experiments simulations and tests to evaluate the performance efficiency and durability of prototypes Analyze data and provide recommendations for improvements Collaboration Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including other departments and software developers to integrate various system components seamlessly Product Improvement Identify opportunities for product improvement and optimization through continuous analysis of market trends competitor products and emerging technologies Prototyping Lead the prototyping process including selecting materials coordinating fabrication assembly and testing of prototype systems Quality Assurance Ensure that all R D projects meet high-quality standards safety requirements and regulatory compliance in the HVAC industry Documentation Maintain comprehensive documentation of R D processes design decisions test results and project progress Certifications Coordinate and assist in all important certifications like ISO Eurovent AHRI etc Innovation Stay updated with the latest advancements in HVAC technologies attend industry conferences and actively contribute for continuous innovation Skills Experience in HVAC system design research and development In-depth knowledge of HVAC principles thermodynamics fluid mechanics and heat transfer Proficiency in HVAC design software such as AutoCAD SolidWorks or equivalent Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting findings to stakeholders Problem-solving mindset and a creative approach to innovation Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to HVAC systems Strong project management skills including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Interested please share your resume with details of your present salary expectation notice period on recruitment synergy9 gmail com
