Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Research Team Director to lead our team of researchers and engineers in developing innovative solutions in computer vision and deep learning.

  • As the Research Team Director, you will be responsible for defining project goals, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • You will lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team of researchers and engineers to drive cutting-edge projects from concept to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement state-of-the-art deep learning models for tasks such as detection, segmentation, tracking, and recognition.
  2. Drive innovation in image analysis, medical imaging, industrial vision, and AI-powered automation.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of research output into production-ready solutions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's or PhD in Computer Science & Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields.
  • A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in image processing, computer vision, and deep learning, with at least 2+ years in a leadership/mentorship role.
  • Strong track record in developing and deploying deep learning models (Unets, CNNs, Transformers, GANs, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenCV, DICOM, NIfTY and related libraries.
  • Experience with MLOps, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and model optimization (quantization, pruning).
