We are seeking an accomplished ASIC Test Engineer to design and execute test strategies for cutting-edge semiconductor devices. The ideal candidate will possess 5-15 years of experience in testing complex ICs, with expertise in test development and execution using various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Test Plan Development: Design and execute test plans on Advantest V93000 platform using SmarTest 8 software.
  • Test Development: Develop tests for various blocks/interfaces including ADC/DAC, SERDES (CPRI, PCIE), ATPG, Boundary Scan, and Process Monitors.
  • High Voltage Stress Testing: Execute high voltage stress testing, very low voltage testing, and IO parametric tests.
  • Production Test and Yield Ramp Optimization: Perform production test and yield ramp optimization, as well as failure analysis support.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of test results.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5-15 years of experience in testing complex ICs.
  • Technical Expertise: Expertise in test development and execution using Advantest V93000 platform and SmarTest 8 software.
  • Circuit Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital and analog circuitry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Degree: Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
