Workday Absence and Time Tracking Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead and support Workday Absence and Time Tracking module implementation, configuration, and optimization.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Workday's Absence and Time Tracking module, with experience in configuration, implementation, and optimization.

  • Configure absence business processes, including leave of absence, accruals, time-off plans, eligibility rules, and absence reporting.
  • Configure time tracking business processes, including work schedules, time entry, time calculations, and approvals
  • Configure security roles, reporting, and dashboards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective integration of business processes
  • Work closely with data and integration teams, providing functional inputs, validating test scenarios, and troubleshooting issues
