We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team of experts in innovative solutions.

About the Role

This role involves end-to-end involvement in sourcing and screening candidates, developing strong interpersonal and communication skills, and supporting the recruitment process.

  • Source and identify qualified candidates using job portals, internal databases, and social media platforms.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates through verbal and written means.
  • Understand and support the entire recruitment process.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG PROFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIPS.
  • Participate in training programs to develop expertise in recruitment.
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, a solid understanding of recruitment and HR concepts, and good interpersonal and organizational abilities. Graduates from 2022, 2023, and 2024 with a degree in B.Sc., B.Com, BBA, MBA (HR Specialization), or B.Tech are eligible. Only MBA (HR) graduates from 2025 are also eligible.
