The position of Business Growth Strategist at Listenlights Pvt. Ltd. offers a lucrative salary of $90,000 per annum.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and sales conversion. Your primary goal will be to identify new leads, support the team in achieving their targets, bring in key and strategic accounts, and convert inquiries into sales with ownership.

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Managing teams and driving business growth.
  • Developing and guiding team members to achieve individual and organizational goals.
  • Focusing on acquiring new key and strategic accounts.
  • Making decisions and taking ownership to close sales deals.
  • Maintaining relationships with design consultants, cost consultants, project management consultants, architects, and clients through Salesforce contact status.
  • Preparing and delivering capability/technical presentations with the concerned team.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve desired results.
  • Understanding contractual terms and conditions and negotiating them with customers in the organization's interest.
  • Monitoring weekly sales plans of the team.
  • Conducting weekly sales reviews of the team and ensuring quality meeting outcomes.
  • Overseeing the entire tendering process, assisting and supporting the estimation team, and maintaining control over all live inquiries.
  • Maintaining end-to-end inquiry processes from receipt of inquiry to sales closure.
  • Participating in negotiations meetings with the estimation team and leading discussions.
  • Prioritizing offer submissions and working closely with the estimation team.
  • Continuously developing and hunting new customers while ensuring their retention.
  • Generating leads from targeted market areas.
  • Engaging in cold calling and customer visits to generate and qualify leads.
  • Building CRM relationships with existing clients.
  • Preparing and presenting capability presentations.
  • Coordinating timely vendor pre-qualification submissions and technical documentation submission with highest quality.
  • To gather market information and potential projects by regularly contacting leads through calls or meetings.
  • Creating and following weekly sales plans in SF system/off-system and reporting daily in the system itself.
  • Preparing inputs for monthly, quarterly, annual reviews from SF.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to maximize winning chances.
  • Updating real-time activities in Salesforce.
  • Representing BD in internal kick-off meetings.
