About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced US Business Development Manager to join our team at Destm Technologies. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and identifying new opportunities in the US market.

About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in business development or sales, with a proven track record of generating revenues and achieving targets. You will also need to have excellent communication skills and be able to articulate the company's technology and product portfolio effectively.

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  1. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the US market;
  2. Developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients and partners;
  3. Collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies;
  4. Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform sales decisions.

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development or sales;
  • A strong understanding of the US market and its dynamics;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

What We Offer:
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also have access to a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
