Operations Associate Job Description

We are seeking a highly driven and ambitious individual to lead multi-layered teams and prioritize learning and improvisation. This role requires a relentless focus on execution, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision making and ownership.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Take complete ownership of Project Execution (including P&L).
  2. Closely work with the product team to optimize existing projects.
  3. Handle general operations including daily execution, driving volume, tracking progress, highlighting flags, and daily reporting.
  4. Analyze training needs and provide training.
  5. Collect feedback on a regular basis and resolve any issues.
  6. Monitor team performance to achieve KRA's.
  7. Mentor and motivate the student workforce, demonstrating strong people engagement skills.
  8. Run pilot projects.
  9. Suggest improvements in processes at every level in operations.
  10. Set goals/KPIs/targets for team members.

  • Proven ability in driving tightly controlled operational metrics.
  • Strong process orientation and business acumen.
  • Good people management, team building, and program management skills.
  • Inclination towards high-quality and impactful work in a dynamic environment.
  • Higher than normal sense of ownership with a clear bias for action.
  • Relevant educational qualification.
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills (both English and Hindi).
