  • Manage the implementation of our ARMP solution in the Long Segment using a Project Management approach and technical strategy.
  • Be responsible for the success of transformation steps: initial demand collection, books of requirements, eventual Request for Proposal, blueprint, realization, cutover plan, training, go-live, project closure, committees, steering committees, subcontractors' management etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project management
  • ARMP solution implementation
  • Transformation steps

Requirements:

  • Engineering degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 4-6 years experience in a similar position
  • General industry knowledge is an advantage
  • SAP PM module customizing
  • ABAP skills are a plus (Debugging)
  • Deep knowledge of plant maintenance business processes. Business experience in this area is advantageous:
  • Corrective, preventive, predictive and improvement maintenance management
  • Maintenance plan, unplanned maintenance management
  • Good communication ability at various levels. Ability to train others. Autonomous work style.
  • Business Process Modelling
  • Ability and experience in managing small teams in project mode.
