Collections Performance Optimization Lead

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our collections performance optimization efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving collections strategy and execution across assigned regions.
Key Deliverables:- Develop and implement daily/weekly collection strategies to optimize portfolio performance.
- Maintain control over delinquency roll rates and ensure effective recovery processes are in place.
- Monitor compliance with regulatory guidelines and implement necessary measures to maintain alignment.
- Improve collections standard operating procedures (SOPs) and drive efficiency across buckets.
- Drive smooth coordination across internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of collection strategies.
- Lead compliance, risk mitigation, and SOP implementation efforts to minimize exposure.
- Monitor and review portfolio-level KPIs and roll rates to inform data-driven decisions.
- Proven experience in collections strategy and execution.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
