We are seeking an experienced Customer Care Representative who can provide exceptional support to our customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions that meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Support: Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner, addressing customer queries, complaints, and requests promptly.
- Order Management: Process and manage customer orders via our platform, tracking and updating order status, shipping details, and returns/refunds as necessary.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment, ensuring seamless communication and efficient processes.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, providing valuable insights for process improvement.
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer care or call handling (E-commerce preferred).
- Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Strong problem-solving ability and customer-centric approach.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
