Job Title: Dynatrace Integration Specialist

We are seeking a skilled IT Engineer - Dynatrace Integration Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to take on a liaison role between application and platform teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Dynatrace Setup and Configuration: Proven experience in setting up and configuring Dynatrace for optimal performance and functionality.
  • Synthetic Monitoring and Alarm Management: Strong understanding of synthetic monitoring and alarm management principles, including troubleshooting user issues and performing root cause analysis.
  • ServiceNow or Similar IT Service Management Tools: Experience with ServiceNow or similar tools, including integrating Dynatrace alerts into incident management tooling.
  • Continuous Improvement: A problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, identifying recurring issues, and ensuring long-term fixes.
  • Liaison Role: Experience in a similar liaison role between application and platform teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • 5 Years of Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field, preferably with expertise in Dynatrace setup and configuration.
  • ITIL Practices and Principles: Knowledge of ITIL practices and principles, with a strong understanding of service management concepts.
