We are seeking a visionary Senior Graphic Designer to lead our creative team in conceptualizing innovative visual solutions across various client briefs.

This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and push boundaries, as well as presenting design concepts to stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop diverse visual campaigns across print and digital channels, effectively communicating brand messages and values.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, producers, and strategists to create engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Work closely with the larger design team to refine designs and meet project specifications, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Present design concepts to stakeholders and decision-makers, articulating the value and impact of each proposal.
  • Manage project timelines and ensure successful completion of integrated creative projects, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
  • Maintain brand consistency and adherence to guidelines across all projects, upholding the highest standards of creativity and professionalism.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 3+ years of experience in design at an advertising or marketing agency, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, and Acrobat Pro.
  • A well-curated work portfolio showcasing design expertise and versatility, demonstrating ability to adapt to diverse client needs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex design concepts and strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
