We are seeking a skilled Development Manager to join our team.

About the Role
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop diverse sources of agent recruitment and build a successful team of agents.
  • Ensure in-depth product knowledge through various training methods.
  • Field demonstrations (FODs) to showcase products effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with agents on planning, reviewing activities, and goals.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly business targets.
  • Maintain an optimal company product mix sales ratio and adhere to business standards.
  • Organize regular customer meets to understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Ensure timely responses to customer queries according to company standards.
Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should possess a graduate or postgraduate degree with relevant experience in sales. A minimum of 2-6 years of experience is required for this role.

Minimum Education
  • Graduate preferably with an MBA

  • A graduate should have a minimum of 7-8 years of experience in the above domain.
  • Should have local market exposure and experience in process-driven, quality sales organizations
