Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Artificial Intelligence Specialist to design, build, and deploy intelligent agents capable of autonomous decision-making, tool usage, and multi-step task execution.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about cutting-edge AI and experienced in working with large language models and agent frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement AI agents using frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, or OpenAI Agents SDK.
  • Integrate agents with external tools, APIs, and databases.
  • Develop workflows for autonomous task execution and error handling.
  • Optimize agent performance through prompt engineering and memory management.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align agent capabilities with business goals.
  • Monitor and maintain deployed agents in production environments.

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in Python and experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Gemini).
  • Familiarity with agent frameworks and orchestration tools.
  • Experience with API integration, vector databases, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
  • Understanding of autonomous systems, decision trees, and reinforcement learning (a plus).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Background in machine learning or NLP research.
  • Contributions to open-source AI projects.
