Job Overview

We seek an experienced Lead to Principal-Level AI engineer to pioneer the future of finance and accounting. The ideal candidate has expertise in building high-quality, complex LLM apps and agents efficiently using code generation and prompt engineering techniques.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Architect and build the core AI platform powering finance and accounting solutions.
  2. Design, develop, and productionize large-scale LLMs, RAG pipelines, and autonomous agents.
  3. Define best practices for prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and evaluation.
  4. Mentor and grow a team of AI engineers, guiding technical design reviews and code quality.
  5. Collaborate with Product, Data, and Customer teams to translate finance use cases into scalable solutions.

Key Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience building backend services in Python, Node.js, or similar languages.
  • Deep experience and intuition with LLMs.
  • Cutting-edge knowledge of code generation and prompting techniques.
  • Experience building agents and tooling for agents.
  • Expertise in API design (REST, GraphQL) and relational databases.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Bonus Skills:

  • Top-tier institutes preferred.
  • Experience building fintech software.
  • Experience working in a large enterprise / big tech environment.
