Lead Technical Visionary

We are seeking an exceptional Technical Leader to spearhead our engineering efforts and drive the development of our AI platform.

  1. Drive Technical Excellence: Own the architecture, design, and development of our agentic AI platform.
  2. Scale Backend Infrastructure: Design scalable, reliable backend infrastructure that powers automation workflows.
  3. Mentor High-Performing Teams: Lead and mentor a high-performing, distributed engineering team.
  4. Collaborate Across Functions: Collaborate closely with product, operations, and implementation teams to deliver into real-world hospital environments.
  5. Drive Execution: Drive technical execution across short-term priorities and long-term strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in backend, platform, or systems engineering.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master's preferred or equivalent real-world experience).
  • Deep experience with Python or comparable backend languages in production environments.
  • Proven track record designing and scaling complex systems and APIs.
  • Experience leading engineering teams or projects with high accountability and ownership.
  • Familiarity with data pipelines, distributed systems, and workflow orchestration.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make architecture decisions under ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Startup experience or mindset — adaptable, resourceful, and focused on outcomes.
