Role Overview:

  • To identify accounts that require talent pipelines.
  • Ensure the effectiveness of sourcing channels.
  • Review resumes, credentials, and qualifications for suitable skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
  • Provide support to assigned teams or recruiters.
  • Maximize utilization of sourcing technology and databases.
  • Develop and maintain excellent working relationships within Recruitment and Operations, and Hiring Teams.
  • Perform other recruitment-related functions as assigned.
  • Continually maintain the application tracking system (ATS).

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Candidates must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent.
  • Candidates should have a strong background in sourcing.
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in similar industries, shared services, or international recruitment agencies is required for this position.
  • Extensive experience in data processing of manpower is necessary.
  • Candidates should have strong attention to detail, excellent leadership skills, and be proactive.
  • Excellent planning, time management, and decision-making skills are essential.
  • A high level of interpersonal skills and integrity is required.
  • Candidates should be flexible team players with proven ability to work in a diverse culture.
  • Ability to build strong relationships, internal and external, is crucial.
  • Good knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and other direct sourcing tools is necessary.

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $80,000 - $110,000 based on industry standards and location.
