Talent Acquisition Partner, Engineering Transformation Specialist

The Role: Talent Acquisition Partner, Engineering
You will be part of the Netskope Engineering & Product Talent Team, partnering with R&D leadership to identify, source, assess, and hire candidates who meet our current and future hiring goals. Your responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with senior engineering leadership and hiring managers to anticipate needs and develop sourcing strategies that generate a consistent candidate pipeline.
- Playing a full life-cycle recruiting role, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates.
- Developing and implementing effective recruitment plans that increase our potential candidate pool and ensure diversity.
- Sourcing and screening candidates using research, cold calling, email outreach, and other direct-sourcing skills.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 10+ years of relevant technical recruiting experience, preferably in an enterprise product company or agency environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple searches concurrently.
- Experience with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools, as well as regional job boards.
About You
We offer a competitive salary package, estimated at $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
