We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Executive to join our organization. The role involves payment follow-ups, invoice management, and supporting commercial operations while coordinating with clients and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field, along with experience in commercial accounts-related work. They should be proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Email drafting. Additionally, they should possess strong organizational and follow-up abilities, as well as good communication skills in English and Hindi.

Responsibilities of the Commercial Executive include:

  • Paying close attention to payment follow-ups with clients and maintaining accurate records
  • Coordinating with customers for outstanding payments and resolving any queries that may arise
  • Supporting in uploading invoices on portals and maintaining documentation
  • Handling credit debit notes and returns efficiently
  • Maintaining data entry and records in Tally and MS Office
  • Providing support to accounts and sales teams for commercial activities
  • Assisting in preparing proforma invoices and sales invoices
