Job Opportunity


  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and draft commercial contracts, including Master Services Agreements, Statement of Work, RFPs, and other agreements such as Partner Agreements, Teaming Agreements, and customer-specific vendor agreements.
  • Conduct end-to-end legal reviews of contracts, identifying issues, ensuring internal approval requirements are met, and collaborating with various teams to obtain necessary inputs/approvals.
  • Perform legal research on general commercial matters, upcoming legislations, and various privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
  • Assist with general advisory services related to contracts and commercial matters.
  • Upload and review legal documents on an internal contract management tool, ensuring timely execution.
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, accounting, marketing, and operations teams.

Qualifications and Requirements


  • LLB and LLM degrees.
  • 5-8 years of experience in a related field.
  • Hybrid work model available.
  • Work location: Vikhroli/Thane.
