Job Title:

Finance Content Development Executive

About the Role:

The role involves creating high-quality training content for finance programs designed for clients. The content should match quality standards, follow industry trends, and meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop content design and development for financial skills programs.
  • Develop pre, post, and other assessments to evaluate effectiveness of the training programs.
  • Maintain and update the repository of all created content.
  • Maintain and update the Learning Management System (LMS) with content.
  • Review content of team members and freelance content developers.
  • Support the design and creation of client proposals and training outlines.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers to format content in required templates.

Product, Client, and Trainer Support:

  • Organize meetings and deliver 'train the trainer' sessions for internal and freelance trainers to ensure comprehensive understanding of created or reviewed content.
  • Facilitate client support activities by proper and timely communication of issues to the relevant party within the organization.
  • Support other trainers, including freelancers, to prepare them for assigned trainings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or economics.
  • At least one of the following certifications: MBA (Finance), CA, CA (Intermediate), ACCA, CPA, CMA, CFA, or equivalent degrees.
  • Excellent presentation skills - written and verbal.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Sound knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
