Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Fulfillment: Manage orders from initial inquiry to final shipment, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Material Sourcing: Identify and procure materials, components, and accessories necessary for production.
  • Production Coordination: Collaborate with production teams to ensure efficient and timely manufacturing, monitoring progress and highlighting any issues.
  • Communication and Negotiation: Maintain clear communication with buyers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, effectively negotiating terms and agreements.
  • Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of orders, materials, production processes, and shipping details.
  • Product Development: Assist in product development, including material sourcing, costing, and sampling.
  • Inventory Management: Optimize inventory levels, minimize waste, and maintain an optimal stock turnover.
  • Sales Forecasting: Develop merchandise plans, including sales forecasting and budget planning.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with buyers and channel partners.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Organization and Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in relevant software, such as ERP systems, and knowledge of leather manufacturing processes.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with different types of leather, manufacturing processes, and industry best practices.
