About the Role:

This position is ideal for a proactive, results-driven professional with expertise in process optimization, supplier negotiations and lean manufacturing.

  • Search and develop vendors to optimize material costs
  • Negotiate with suppliers to maintain strong vendor relationships
  • Set up manufacturing and quality control processes at contract manufacturers
  • Procure raw materials and semi-finished goods for lifestyle products
  • Implement ERP and project management systems to elevate visibility and streamline workflows
  • Manage business operations, certifications, pricing, logistics, and inventory

Key Requirements:

  1. Able to independently navigate challenges using problem-solving skills
  2. Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  4. Background in Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration
  5. 1-5 years of experience in a manufacturing setup
