Supply Chain Optimization Specialist

    We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Supply Chain Optimization Specialist to oversee the planning, management, and execution of all order fulfillment activities. This role will ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to customers.

  • Manage and update the production build plan with new updates on a daily basis.
  • Validate and verify slotting tool and build plan on a weekly basis
  • Approve all open and new orders, create and manage all tool and option orders in the system.
  • Manage shortages and material expediting, daily tool configuration changes and updates.
  • Work with the shipping department to ensure proper packing and shipment of orders.
  • Manage outsourcing supply planning and forecast, purchase order management, and troubleshoot invoice and material receipt issues.
  • Manage spare part allocation and shipment, supporting field service team.
  • Support finance/AP processes, including customer returns and invoice troubleshooting.
  • Manage SFDC case and quote management, tool and options quotes and order entry, and customer relationship management.
  • Manage new product introduction processes, including BOM and part number creation/changes, and expediting materials and placing part orders.
