Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and analyze business challenges across various teams to drive growth initiatives.
  • Interpret product usage data to uncover gaps and identify areas for improvement.
  • Tackle product and user experience issues through research, critical thinking, and rapid iteration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful changes and optimize workflows.
  • Design and execute experiments while tracking metrics and iterating quickly on everything from activation funnels to retention cohorts.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking, user interviews, and internal process audits to inform strategic decisions.
  • Take ownership of growth experiments, managing them from ideation to execution.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Cognitive Science, Design, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving projects from start to finish.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a structured approach.
  • Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL or analytics tools is a plus.
