We are seeking a creative and innovative Accessory Designer to join our team. As an Accessory Designer, you will be responsible for designing footwear and bags using non-leather materials, conducting market research, developing prototypes, and collaborating with the production team to ensure high-quality products.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design innovative and sustainable footwear and bag collections using non-leather materials.
• Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and consumer demands.
• Develop prototypes and samples for production, ensuring high-quality finishes and details.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient manufacturing processes and timelines.
• Work collaboratively in a team environment to achieve design goals and objectives.
• Presentation of designs and ideas to internal stakeholders.
• Maintain knowledge of sustainable design practices and incorporate eco-friendly materials into designs when possible.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field.
• Experience in designing footwear and bags with non-leather materials.
• Strong creativity and innovation in design, with ability to think outside the box and push boundaries.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with industry-standard software, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
