We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Generalist to support various aspects of Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Life Cycle Management: End-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, training, and offboarding, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
  • Statutory Compliance and Employee Compensation: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations; develop compensation strategies that foster talent retention and competitive salary structures.
  • Training and Benefits Administration: Design and administer training programs that promote employee development; manage benefits to enhance satisfaction and engagement.
  • Confidentiality and Ethics: Uphold strict confidentiality and ethical standards in handling sensitive employee information.
  • HR Program Development and Policy Compliance: Develop and maintain HR programs and policies, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Data Management and Reporting: Analyze HR data and generate reports that inform strategic decisions for workforce planning and management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Strong knowledge of statutory compliance, employment laws, and compensation management strategies.
  • Expertise in developing and administering training programs and managing employee benefits.
  • High ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality in managing sensitive employee information.
  • Experience in developing HR policies and programs, with a strong focus on legal compliance.
  • Strong analytical skills to compile, analyze, and interpret HR data for strategic decision-making.
