
Strategic HR Professional

As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in driving organizational success by developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives. You will oversee the entire human capital function, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
You will work closely with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture. This involves collaborating with stakeholders to identify staffing needs, ensuring timely and effective recruitment, and leading the onboarding process for new hires.
In addition, you will address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters in accordance with company policies and labor laws. You will also implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and development plans, as well as design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skill growth.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for developing and administering compensation and benefits programs that are competitive, equitable, and compliant with relevant laws and regulations. You will conduct salary benchmarking, job evaluations, and performance-based compensation reviews, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.

- Addressing employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters
- Implementing performance management processes and training programs
- Developing and administering compensation and benefits programs
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
- Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and training and development
- Strong understanding of compensation and benefits administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
