The ideal candidate should quickly and accurately process purchase orders in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, they should have excellent stakeholder service skills and work well in a team to consistently meet challenging performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Procure ad hoc rates to support solution requirements - air, ocean, express.
  • Managing the rate validity, variable rates.
  • Manage and maintain transportation analysis and decision support systems.
  • Transportation Rate Benchmarks.
  • Monthly Site Metrics and Logistics Savings Plans Reporting.
  • Develop rate databases.
  • Maintain global transportation rates with suppliers.
  • Contract Management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in B Com, B B A, B Sc or Diploma.
  • 0-3 years of experience.
  • Proficiency in ERP P2P systems BAAN, SAP, Oracle.
  • Mandatory Knowledge of computer software applications MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PF.
  • Excellent communication skills (Mandatory).
