Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist


We are seeking a skilled Financial Planning and Analysis specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.

  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profits.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
  • Design and implement effective dashboards and reporting tools to provide real-time visibility into key performance indicators.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis.


Requirements:

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including expertise in pivot tables, macros, and VLOOKUP functions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate results effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to senior management.

Experience:

At least 2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
