Business Intelligence Analyst Role Overview

  • Perform outbound calls to gather necessary information and follow up on verification requests.
  • Ensure adherence to established protocols and guidelines to maintain data confidentiality and security.
  • Complete assigned tasks and projects within specified deadlines with high accuracy and attention to detail.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a degree in any field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
  • Detail-oriented with keen eye for identifying discrepancies and inconsistencies in data.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Familiarity with call-making and telephone etiquette is beneficial.
