Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented intern to join our team as a Case Analysis Assistant. As a member of our operations team, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in case analysis, document verification, and database management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the operations team in day-to-day activities, which may include conducting background verification checks for our clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve any operational issues or customer inquiries in a timely manner. Additionally, you will contribute ideas for process improvement and optimization.

Your tasks may include performing outbound calls to gather necessary information and following up on verification requests, adhering to established protocols and guidelines to maintain data confidentiality and security, and completing assigned tasks and projects within specified deadlines with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements
  • A graduate in any field
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Google Sheets
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for identifying discrepancies and inconsistencies in data
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
  • Familiarity with call-making and telephone etiquette is preferred
