Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough fundamental analysis of companies to assess their investment potential, leveraging your understanding of financial modeling and valuation techniques.
  • Develop and maintain accurate financial models to project company performance and valuations, applying advanced Excel skills for data analysis and modeling.
  • Monitor market trends, analyze stocks, and provide insightful analysis to support informed investment strategies.
  • Produce clear and concise research reports, create engaging presentations, and summarize findings for internal use, showcasing your excellent documentation skills.
  • Prepare comprehensive and accurate documentation to support research and investment processes, demonstrating attention to detail.
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis, modeling, and reporting, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.
  • Assist in tracking portfolio performance and preparing updates, ensuring seamless communication with the team.
  • Support the team with ad-hoc research tasks and projects, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Pursuing CFA Level I/II/III or having recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of financial modeling and valuation techniques, including DCF and comparables.
  • Ability to analyze stocks, draft research reports, and prepare professional presentations.
  • Excellent documentation skills with attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and familiarity with MS PowerPoint and Word.
  • Basic understanding of capital markets and investment concepts.
  • Strong analytical skills and eagerness to learn about equity research.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
