Drive Business Success with a Career in Systems Analysis
- As a Lead Business System Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the research and exploration of business systems requirements.
The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
Responsibilities will include translating user requirements into detailed functional specifications for development, analyzing business needs to identify new processes and process improvements, and documenting current business processes and models to define requirements and/or gaps.
Additionally, the Lead Business System Analyst will be responsible for assessing system factors, evaluating the impact of potential software and process changes on the organization, and assisting in creating business case documentation.
Strong domain knowledge in at least one business area is essential, as well as proficiency in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- 6+ years of relevant technical or business work experience, preferably in accounting, finance, warehouse operations, purchasing, order management, and order fulfillment.
- Proficient in application integration methods, including data mapping processes.
- Ability to analyze and improve sophisticated processes and systems.
- Superb communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical collaborators.
