  • Culture Leadership: Elevate and replicate our company culture in all actions undertaken on behalf of our partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Market Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends and adjust our strategies accordingly to ensure optimal revenue performance.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with our founder to finalize departmental revenue budgets and forecasts, producing weekly and monthly rolling forecasts based on market trends.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Organize weekly revenue meetings with our founder to ensure all sales strategies are executed and supervise sales and marketing actions.
  • Revenue Management Systems: Stay current with best practices in revenue management systems, PMS tools, and OTA extranets, sharing knowledge with the team to enhance business opportunities for our partners.
  • Selling Strategies: Maintain consistent selling strategies across all channels, developing systems that enhance business opportunities for our partners.
  • Record Keeping: Monitor and maintain accurate records of controls applied to all systems, assessing daily revenue and market confidence.
