Job Opportunity

We're seeking a highly skilled leader to drive innovation and excellence in our projects as an Assistant Vice President, Practice Lead for Embedded Systems.

This key role will play a crucial part in developing and implementing cutting-edge embedded system solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical leadership and ensuring optimal solutions through expert guidance on embedded system design, development, and implementation.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed efficiently.
  • Staying updated with the latest trends and advancements in embedded systems, driving innovation by proposing new technologies and methodologies to enhance product offerings.
  • Developing and enforcing quality standards for embedded system development, conducting thorough testing and validation to ensure reliability and performance.
  • Mentoring junior engineers, providing training sessions to enhance team capabilities and share knowledge through workshops and seminars.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience in embedded system development, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, familiarity with Linux and real-time operating systems (RTOS).
  • Experience in embedded systems development with good understanding of embedded software development, including C/C++, RTOS, and microcontroller architectures and communication protocols like CAN, SPI, I2C, and UART.
  • Knowledge of FPGA, System design, verification and validation, and test automation.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies with proven track record of successfully leading complex projects from concept to production.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
