Business Analyst

This is a role within Identity and Access Management (IAM) department that involves business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills.

  • We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), with a focus on manual discovery of Identity Provider (IDP) and API Gateway usage across the bank's applications.
  • The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A good understanding of IDP concepts, API authentication, and credential management
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, analysis, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with team members to gather data from application teams and document API credential lifecycles.
  2. Lead the manual discovery of IDP and API gateway usage and reach out to application teams to consolidate and govern collected information.
  3. Use questionnaires to capture details on authentication methods, credential lifecycles, and governance gaps.
  4. Document how API credentials and authentication lifecycles are managed across applications.
  5. Collaborate with IAM architects, product owners, and infrastructure teams to deliver scalable and compliant onboarding solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge on IT Information Security
  • Good understanding of IAM control reviews
  • Experience in user access administration model on various Applications
  • Experience in IAM projects, particularly around IDP and API security.
