As a financial expert, you will play a pivotal role in driving business success by delivering accurate and timely financial insights.

About the Role:

You will report directly to the Vice President of Finance, supporting the company's strategic and operational objectives. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain comprehensive financial forecasts, including revenue projections, cost profiles, and margin analysis.
  • Conducting variance analysis of actual results against forecasts and budgets to identify areas for improvement.
  • Designing and implementing data-driven reporting packages for senior stakeholders, utilizing dashboards and presentations to communicate key findings.
  • Developing and maintaining complex financial models to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Driving change through data-driven decision-making, collaborating with stakeholders to align on key initiatives.
  • Managing regular financial cadences to ensure alignment with forecasted actions.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1–3 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or business analytics.
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.

  • Analytical thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable recommendations.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to present financial insights to senior stakeholders.
