Client Engagement Manager Job Description

The Client Engagement Manager plays a pivotal role in fostering successful client relationships. This position requires strategic consulting, delivering actionable insights and solutions that drive business growth.

  • This involves providing expert advice to clients, leveraging market and landscape analysis, competitor insights, and identification of key opinion leaders, pricing experts, and community influencers.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, customer-centric approach, dependability, diversity awareness, ethical conduct, initiative, leadership, motivation, oral and written communication, problem-solving, professionalism, project management, quality focus, strategic thinking, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Business Relationship Managers in developing strategies to meet client business objectives.
  • Collaborate with client teams to address business questions and develop data-driven strategies using the Ti Expert platform.
  • Prepare client deliverables in the form of presentations and reports, presenting them to client teams.

Requirements:

  • Masters Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4-10 years of related experience in consulting or client services.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet software (Excel), project management software, word processing software (Word), email software (Outlook), and presentation software (PowerPoint).
