
Strategic Customer Liaison Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients. This role involves handling incoming customer queries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate information to ensure a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle incoming customer queries related to travel packages, bookings, and services in a professional and courteous manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing personalized support and resolving issues efficiently.
- Assist customers with booking modifications, cancellations, and resolving complaints or issues in a fair and timely manner.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and tour management teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
- Follow up with clients for feedback and upselling opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Support marketing campaigns by reaching out to existing and potential clients to promote our services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
- Customer-centric attitude with problem-solving abilities to resolve complex issues.
- Experience in handling client queries and resolving complaints effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office applications to manage customer data and communications.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Patience, empathy, and positive attitude towards customer service to provide exceptional experiences.
- Prior experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality sectors to understand industry trends and customer expectations.
Preferred candidates will have at least 135 years of experience in customer relationship or customer service roles, preferably in Travel & Tourism or Hospitality. Knowledge of travel booking systems and tourism products is also highly desirable.
