Financial Director

About the Role:

  • Oversee accurate financial record-keeping to ensure transparency and integrity.
  • Effectively manage funds, providing timely monthly MIS reports as agreed upon by stakeholders.
  • Coordinate the development of an Annual Operating Plan (AOP) that aligns with business objectives.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including project benchmarking and performance reviews, to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Establish standardized accounting practices to meet organizational requirements and drive departmental efficiency initiatives.
  • Mitigate risks through strict adherence to statutory and regulatory compliance, including GST, direct and indirect taxes, LODR, UPSI, and external stakeholder engagement.
  • Enhance process automation, address audit observations, and maintain a culture of financial discipline.
  • Ensure timely completion of quarterly and annual audits.
