Candidates with CA ICWA MBA Finance with minimum 18 -20 years experience in Manufacturing Engineering companies and having a drive to excel Should have experience in Financial Planning and Budgeting Should have good experience in developing and introducing internal controls Should be well versed with manufacturing Plant accounts Should have good hands-on experience in Costing and Cost control Should have experience handling variance and undertaking variance analysis Should have good experience handling all statutory and financial compliances as per various statutory bodies Should maintain and oversee financial control and reporting Should assess and evaluate financial performance Develop maintain and improve financial control Responsible for all statutory compliances Preparation of annual financial statements and capital budget Develop and implement operational policies to assist the Management Analyze the cost of products and suggestions to the management Should be in the age bracket of 45-50 years Should be willing to work out of Coimbatore Should be experienced in Top Management reporting
