Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated contracts professional to provide compliance, reporting, and administrative support for U.S. federal government contracts. The role will involve working closely with the team to ensure adherence to federal acquisition regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contract Review & Compliance
  • Assist in reviewing federal contract documents, task orders, and amendments.
  • Identify and summarize applicable FAR clauses and compliance obligations.
  • Support subcontractor due diligence and ensure required flow-down clauses are communicated and documented.
  • Reporting & Documentation
  • Prepare compliance trackers, audit files, and status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support U.S. reporting obligations (eSRS, FSRS, subcontracting plans).
  • Maintain organized contract repositories and document management systems.
  • Audit & Monitoring Support
  • Assist with internal reviews and external audits.
  • Track deliverables, certifications, and contract obligations to ensure timely compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in contracts, compliance, or coordinating with legal teams on contract terms.
  • Familiarity with compliance areas (EEO, Service Contract Act, export controls, cybersecurity requirements).
  • Strong skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and contract management tools.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
