Portfolio Coordinator Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign portfolios to vendors based on past performance trends and availability, ensuring adequate capacity.
  • Review cases with stakeholders and assign work based on disposition codes.
  • Coordinate resources for effective planning and resolution.
  • Audit receipt books and kits periodically to ensure accuracy.
  • Closure of billing within 60 days of completed work month.
  • Evaluate prior approvals in repo cases and assist agencies in managing related issues.
  • Handle customer service issues and escalations.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to initiate actions against chronic defaulters and communicate with enforcement agencies.
  • Track and review resolutions with agencies and teams.
  • Restrict flow rates to prevent mismanagement.
  • Remove non-performing teams and recruit fresh talent as needed.
  • Resolve CRM queries within assigned periods.
  • Revert audit queries before deadlines and implement committed actions at field levels.
  • Discuss discrepancies with agencies and prevent recurrence.
  • Maintain 100% utilization and report regularly.
