Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Patna. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing franchise operations, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, conducting market analysis, providing training to franchisees, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management and developing sales strategies
- Strong customer relationship management and networking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and conduct market research
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
